About Solo App Guide
Solo App Guide publishes independent guides for solo developers and small teams who build and ship apps. The guides cover the practical decisions around a launch: where to host, which domain registrar to use, how to take payments, what to check before going live, and how to keep a side project secure.
How guides are researched
- Prices, limits and features are taken from providers' official pricing pages and documentation, and each article links to them in a Sources section.
- Every article shows a "last verified" date. Pricing changes often, so treat figures as a snapshot and confirm on the provider's site before buying.
- Comparisons are based on public information, not on hands-on testing or benchmarks. The site does not publish ratings, scores, user reviews or invented statistics.
- Where something could not be confirmed from an official source, the article says so instead of guessing.
How the site is funded
Solo App Guide earns a commission from some links. If you buy a product through one of these affiliate links, the site may receive a payment from the provider at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not decide which option a guide recommends, and free or non-affiliate options are recommended whenever they fit better. Full details are on the affiliate disclosure page.
The site has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
